They will help you navigate your exporting journey, advising on what's required and assisting with scheduling vaccinations and organising paperwork by speaking directly with you, your veterinarian, and any other relevant official or destination-specific agent to ensure everything is compliant, and completed at the correct time.

The most important elements in ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for your pet, is sourcing the correct and IATA-compliant travel crate to fit your pet.

Using your pet's measurements, we will calculate the correct sized travel crate required for your pet, ensuring it is both airline and IATA-compliant. This could be a bespoke wooden crate or a moulded plastic crate. Each pet, and journey, is different and we will advise which is the best option for you based on your specific needs.

Each country has differing rules and regulations with some require blood tests and specific vaccinations, and other's don't.

Your knowledgeable consultant will help you navigate what is required, advise on vaccinations and blood tests if required, speaking directly with your vet to ensure everything is completed at the correct time to ensure compliance with the specific regulations of your chosen destination.

More often than not, an Export Heath Certificate (EHC), Animal Health Certificate (AHC), or Fit-to-Fly will need to be completed within a certain period of time before departure. This will accompany your pet on their journey, acting as their passport into the destination.

We provide the option to have any travel documentation completed by our vets close to the airport ahead of departure. For some destinations and airlines, where the documentation is needed the day before travel,   then overnight boarding will be included, and for others this may be done at the airport before departure!

We provide a comprehensive door-to-door pet collection and delivery service 24/7 - 365 days of the year!

Our Meet & Greet services include options for us to collect your pet on the day of, or day before the flight, either heading straight to check in or providing overnight boarding depending on the services you request.

Is some instances, it might be preferable for your pet to begin their journey either before or after your personal departure date. Our Meet & Greet service ensures that your pet is personally chaperoned on your behalf by one of our trusted agents throughout it's journey.

All of our vehicles are DEFRA registered and fully air conditioned to ensure safety and comfort for your pet at all stages of their journey.

Exporting a pet from the UK to any country will require customs entries to be submitted before your pet can leave.

Our team has been dealing with the UK's Customs and Border Force agencies for over 25 years, and are well experienced in ensuring each and every pet is properly prepared, with all pre-flights checks, documentation and requirements completed and in-line with all required regulations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey for you and your pet at all times.

Arriving at your destination can be a difficult and anxious time for both you and your pet, but our agents will make sure that everything is ready and organised to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for your pet into their new home.

We will inform and advise on any quarantine requirements for your chosen destination, as well as organise and arrange any booking required at specific centres on your behlaf.

Some countries have very specific processes and documentation requirements regarding the import of an animal into their country, however, we can introduce you to other IPATA registered agents at your destination to help with import clearance and handling, allowing you and your pet to be reunited as quickly as possible! In some cases we can use our network of brokers to clear customs for you, allowing you to collect from the cargo facility 2-4 hours after arrival.

In some countries, only certain airports will be allowed to accept animal imports into the country, and these might be situated quite far from your final destination.

This may cause a lot of disruption and extra travel for you, especially if you need to factor in quarantine requirements at your destination. In these instances, we can offer to organise all onward travel required to get your pet to you in, wherever you may be in the country.
